Harmon's School of Photography offers classes on most aspects of digital photography.
Whether you have just got your first digital camera, or you want to get more serious about your photography, our classes will provide the jumpstart you need.
Shoot and Retouch
In this class you will learn how to set up simple yet effective lighting for portrait photography and perform basic portrait retouching.
This class features live photography of a model while tethered to a computer so that all stages of lighting setup and their results can be observed in real time. This will be followed by live demonstration of an efficient digital workflow using images from the shoot. Basic retouching of selected images will then be demonstrated.
Prerequisites: None, although a reasonable familiarly with DSLR operation and photo editing software is an advantage. Demonstration will be done using Lightroom 3 and Photoshop.
